ODP SUCCESS FOR SLAMMERS GIRLS
It turned out to be a hugely successful weekend for the LAFC Slammers and Slammers FC ECNL players who represented the Cal South ODP team in Phoenix last weekend for the ODP Far West Regional Event.
All three of the girls teams who won the event for Cal South included several LAFC Slammers and Slammers FC ECNL players.
The G2007, who won their final 2-0 vs Cal North, had Kassandra Rios, Katie Carpenter, Maya Woolforde and Natalie Garcia all playing with the team.
The G2006 team won their final 2-0 vs Arizona. This team had the most players representing from the club, with 8 total. Chloe Walls, Jenna Rivera, Leilani Nog-Harris, Lily Biddulp, Madison Encinas, Mia Nguyen, Rebekah Lopiccolo and Sherry Diep scored 6 goals between them in a 7-0 win vs Nevada.
The G2005 team, who won 3-0 in their final vs Washington, included Jessica Ramirez, Maribel Flores and Mia Linville.
Congratulations to all the girls who took part on had huge success once again representing Cal South.
